If you are Commonwealth Bank customer and already registered to Internet Banking service then :
1. Download the Mobile Banking Commonwealth Bank Application to your Mobile Phone
2. Log in using Internet Banking User ID and Token of Commonwealth Bank
If you are Commonwealth Bank Customer but not yet have the Internet Banking service then :
1. Visit Commonwealth Bank nearest branch and register for Internet Banking service in order to get User ID and Token

3. Log in using Internet Banking User ID and Token of Commonwealth Bank

Am I able to check details on my account movement through Mobile Banking? Are details on my account movement will only be details of account movement since I registered Mobile Banking or from the time I opened account at Commonwealth Bank?

For safety reason, Customer will be automatically log off if you do not use Mobile Banking application in 15 minutes. In order to continue using Mobile Banking Customer will have to login to Mobile Banking.

What should I do when there is error message appears while doing transaction?
In order to ensure whether your transaction is already proceed or not by the system, please logoff then re-login to Mobile Banking and check your balance first using Account transaction or account movement menu. Why am unable to access Mobile Banking and there is "There is no Internet Network Connection" error message appear?

Am I still able to access Mobile Banking when I travel abroad?
Yes, Customers are able to access Mobile Banking anywhere if you connected to the Internet. Please be aware that Customer will charged for International Roaming when accessing through Internet Connection, please contact your provider to know the fees and charges detail.

Limit & Charges

Is there any daily transaction limit in Individual Internet Banking?
Yes, we have daily transaction limit for Internet and Mobile Banking (please refer to Fee & Charge Table).
Transaction done on Public Holiday will be included to transaction limit on the next working day. The transaction limit includes Internal Transfer (inter account Commonwealth Bank), external transfer (interbank transfer in IDR, USD or AUD).

Is there any fee or charge in using Mobile Banking Commonwealth Bank Application?
In using Mobile Banking, you will be charged for transaction fees including fund transfer (SKN, RTGS, or SWIFT Fee) / Mutual Fund transaction fees / Check book order. For details fee transaction see Fees and Charges Mobile Banking. However, Customer will be charge for accessing data through internet connection on Customer mobile phone.
